Looking at what we started with, I expected some indecision ON the pitch. What I wasn't expecting was total indecision OFF it. Is there anyone who was present at the match who thought "This is all going nicely - I don't need to change anything yet" for 69 minutes whilst Millwall were on around six takeable chances to our one? I get that we have no full backs, I get that we have a largely ponderous, lightweight midfield with Barlaser in it, and also that we don't have a single fit striker (whatever Carrick claims Crooks is). But in the remaining transfer window our esteemed recruitment department needs to find not only a left back and a striker but a solid midfielder who weighs more than 6 stone. And after witnessing Morgan Rogers for the third time he isn't one either. He looks like an over-excited puppy and his instant flicks find defenders with unerring accuracy. I think I'll know when we've assembled a starting eleven capable of finishing within sight of the Top 6 - Coulson, McNair, Barlaser, Crooks and Rogers won't be anywhere near it.
