Carrick absolutely needs to go

No signs of improvement or anything to be positive about with Carrick in charge. I felt we should have given him the season, to miss out on the playoffs is a complete failure. It's been like groundhog day week after week.

Sadly next season will be another complete rebuild which probably means consolidation at best barring some great signings and a decent manager.

Confuses me this, I said it the other week cause in his first season I never felt like I worried if we went a goal down, if we had a slow first half, we'd almost always come out firing in the second and turn it around, or we'd start strong and blow teams away. Which suggests he was motivating them very well, not sure what's changed other than the players.

Sometimes can be the players motivating each other- see Southgate in the UEFA cup semi. Carrick is a busted flush, and won’t get another job at this level.

Look back at the last 15 games...too many predictable passages of play, we are easy to play against, poor defending, I could go on and on.
 
Millwall, Blackburn, Bristol City have finished above us. They shouldn't of. We have massively underachieved.

We can't tackle and are a spineless, soft, weak team. Sometimes it's how you lose which gives an indication on the quality of the coaching

He 100% needs to go. His tenure has been a slow decline.
