Cannot wait for this game tonight.

A plus - lose tomorrow and saturday and the only way is up for Carrick.

I can't see us getting a clean sheet with our schoolboy defending, so we'll have to score to get anything out of this game.
A big plus - win tonight and a win on saturday proves that wilder was a complete whopper

Gibson is vindicated
The players show they are fit for the championship
Carrick gets the faintest slither of hope for the playoffs
Leo gets to bow out as the hero, the warrior.. with his stock so high that head coach opportunities are plentiful and well paid.

My mate is a Mackem season ticket holder and they said they were a very physical team when they played at the SOL at the weekend. Given how atrocious we have defended against these teams recently, like our incredible naivety at competing for 2nd balls at Millwall, or standing off Brereton Diaz and Gallagher at Blackburn and allowing them to shoot at will. Sadly, I can't see anything other than a limp uninspired loss

Take the chains off Leo and no one dares to put a shift in like that again.

Did the early wins for Wilder prove that Warnock was a whopper and vindicate the chairman’s decision to get rid of him?

I've gone from we're getting automatic promotion after 20 minutes against Watford, when they didn't get a kick.
To we might get relegated after 20 minutes against Blackburn.
When we didn't get a kick.
They did retrieve they situation a little in the second half.
Today is the first time ever we are going into a game against Wigan where l don't think we are going to win.
Still logic has nothing to do with Championship football so lgo for a change in formation from the start and 0-1 to the Boro
The truth lies somewhere in between, so midtable hopefully.

No different circumstances. As I’ve said Wilder benefitted from a fully fit squad built by Warnock. Leo has inherited a squad devoid of confidence that has been drilled into a system that they cannot physically carry out.

Wilder inherited a squad with Crooks and Watmore as the only regular starters signed by Warnock… not bad for someone who averaged a new signing every month for two years!

And this season, Wilder was without Lenihan, Steffen, Clarke for a while, had Crooks playing with a hernia and had his best midfielder sold from under him.

These are all true things, let’s be honest. If you’re applying mitigating factors to one manager’s results, you have to apply them to all managers otherwise they’re meaningless.

We will win tonight and go on to finish in 5th place.
This happens.

Wilder left because his missus was not settled, he tried to tell you all with his LS centre half.
You need a good third eye to see that my buddy is a remote viewer he filled me in with that one. And says we finish in 5th place.
Maybe 15th Is my view.

1-2 tonight 👌

Warnock did better in tougher circumstances

Wow, hope so

I just want us to avoid relegation after the disatster of the previous manager, anything above 4th bottom will be a bonus

His LS centre half?
He is saying that his wife is unsettled when he says that.
Other half was his clue LS Centre half.
Looks like his family in general we’re not settled, anyway he has left for family reasons.
The Carrick regime is a good one so we are far better off now and the difference ought to be good immediately, the players were very unhappy under the Wilder squall.
Bad weather on a psychic level.
😊

Did his family want him to down tools mid season and go work in the premier league for more money?

Not really, just seems to me his family were unsettled I read between the lines, but the Bournemouth and Leicester jobs were hovering, so his agent would have been on the lookout...
lets be honest he is a quality coach he left somewhat mournfully in my view.
