The 'anyone can beat anyone in this league' doesn't really bear scrutiny. The bottom teams in the Championship areOf course, Norwich can beat Sheff Utd, same as any team can beat anyone in this league.
However it's an irrelevant question if we don't beat Huddersfield.
Let's just try and win our matches, and not worry too much about ifs, hows and maybes.
I see your point but it's irrelevant for the match being discussed. Norwich have won around 45% of their games and can certainly beat Sheff Utd. I'm not confident though, but i can see a draw. The 'anyone can beat anyone in this league' doesn't really bear scrutiny. The bottom teams in the Championship are
running at the same points per game as the Prem League's bottom teams.
Burnley (1st in Championship) are running at about the same points per game as Man City (2nd in Prem League). Sheff Utd (2nd) and Man Utd (3rd) have about the same points per game.
The teams one place below the middle of each table have exactly the same points per game.
People don't say any team in the Prem League can beat any other team, so it's not true about the Championship either.
Unless I'm missing something...
Missing something? Huddersfield winning at Millwall a classic recent example! So yes you areThe 'anyone can beat anyone in this league' doesn't really bear scrutiny. The bottom teams in the Championship are

But people do say it about the Premier League. It's one of the justifications for the PL being more exciting than other European Leagues. If you look at the points that Burnley and Man City have dropped over the season, almost half of them have been to bottom half teams. Arsenal and Sheff United have dropped around a third of points to bottom half teams. So it does support the argument that 'anyone can beat anyone' and I would say it's relevant for both leagues rather than neither. The 'anyone can beat anyone in this league' doesn't really bear scrutiny. Not really true. They looked very good for the first few games after Wagner came in. Beat Preston 4-0 away then Coventry 4-2 away. Then won 4 out of 5 including 3-0 at Millwall before Sunderland went and won there. Since then drawn away with Stoke and Huddersfield (whilst down to 10 men). Thats not a team that doesn't look great since Wagner came in.Norwich haven't looked great since Wagner has come in. But they still have some good players, and hopefully they turn it on, on the day.
If you offered me on Saturday - 'Boro win & Norwich draw, I'd rip your hands off now.
Being at the top end of the league, draws are as good as defeats at the moment for Sheff Utd with the rate we're picking up points.
