He must be huge! He’s 5’10 taller than our current right back!
Correctthink he means...he's little Brittain - just helping out
Is thar actual A or xA?I've always really like Callum Brittain. Good driving forward on the overlap, steady defensively, good at winning the ball high and has one of the best xA for a FB in the league. As a wingback, he'd be perfect.
This would be a bit of a divergence in transfer strategy, signing a 27 year old. A player in his prime. Sell on value would be minimal if here for 3 years. Positive side is he has 12 months left on his contract, so he isn't going to cost as much as he did a year ago. Maybe 2.5m?
He'd be a step up on Ayling.
So xA is something that didn’t actually happen.Per 90 his xA is at 91% for a Fb. So play off quality in a fairly poor side. All green on the passing side

It’s a measure of creating chances, regardless if they get put away or not. He put good crosses in, that happenedSo xA is something that didn’t actually happen.
Then our MBGA hats can come out.He will sign for us, get injured within 3 games and he will then be known as.....
Broken Brittain
I can also confirm that having spoken to a mate who's just back from holiday that Callum Brittain would rather sign for Accrington Stanley than Derby county
Be interesting to see if we're going for more crosses and getting the ball forward into the box quickly, our forwards won't know what's hit them! It’s a measure of creating chances, regardless if they get put away or not. He put good crosses in, that happened
Alan Nixon just posted this (stole from OneBoro). Not one of my favoured sources usually, but just sharing.
Middlesbrough are making a £2.5 million bid for Blackburn Rovers right back Callum Brittain.
Boro want to buy the highly rated defender who is in the last year of his Rovers contract - and was closing on agreement.
Blackburn want more then the sum offered but they are now in a battle to keep one of their best players.
Other clubs may come in but the Boro bid is much bigger than any others from interested parties
Congratulations, but lets stick to football talk for now ehWe've got a bit of action atlast
Could happen, stopped clock and all that!Alan Nixon just posted this (stole from OneBoro). Not one of my favoured sources usually, but just sharing.
