Thought this was resolved, it is still declining cards, I did the workaround of adding my card to the e-ticket account and it worked but now whatever they did this week, now you can’t select your saved card and when you manually input, it is declining again….😡

You cannot select your saved card?
 
Is anybody else finding this problem? I posted this last night and so far no one has responded that they have an issue now.
I have forwarded this to Boro - looking for advice - but I posted here last night is anyone else still having problems?
 
I've ordered a couple of tickets for Saturday online just this morning and had no problem at all.. I had to verify the payment via my banking app on my phone as part of the transaction but it went through no bother.
 
I have just called in to the ticket office - no queues today - you need to make sure you insert your address on any saved cards if not there already.
But if any problems they said please do ring.
They are all busy working but there are no physical queues so you should get through.

When I log in and look at my saved cards, there is no mention of address/ no address field?
 
Just removed my card and then tried to add it again, it asks for your address details and then your card details but keeps failing to upload, I will have to ring them and see if they can do it their end.
