I have seen the first 2 episodes and its interesting.
Relating to Boro
First episodes - Burnley owner had it down to 3 candidates for the managers job and they took quite a while to make their final choice. One of the three could have been Wilder. The American owners seem to finding their feet about how the club abd footyballl works, but were astute. The MD owner appears a Mormon, but you would not guess. He seems to work full time on Burnley.
Episode 2 - Burnley signed/loaned in 16 new players in the August 2022 transfer window. They spent more than they planned both in fees and wages. The felt it took a while to blend them in hence a lot of draws at the beginning of the season. They have a very experienced operations director who seems to do the hard bargaining on the phone over players. There is a seperate Finance director. There are group meting of 7 or 8 people on new players including Company (the football manager). The American MD owner micro manages the Club and felt things were not happening quickly enough in the Summer of 2022. He brough in a American HR consultant to get the senior managers to all open up in a big meeting. This created some tension but sort of cleared the air, quite American.
