Football becomes more interesting when players are out of the spotlight of the "big league" and away from commercial sports stations. There`s far more interesting stories than what Ronaldo has for breakfast and whether Harry Kane thinks Daniel Levi is a tosspot. I suppose it sells advertising.

It always makes me think of Ian Ormondroyd and co. Bradford beat us 3 times in 87/88, and they were a team I feared as a result. But of course, we know what happened at the end of that season.

Joe Garner .
A much travelled player. Noted for his physical style of play. Perhaps not quite so now he`s not long turned 35.
Rejoined the Cumbrians on an 18 month deal in January this year. He originally played for United in 2007, when on loan from Blackburn Rovers.
His former club list is as long as your arm, but includes Rangers, Nottingham Forest, Preston, Ipswich and Wigan.

Apparently not, but its easy to link the two. Whenever I saw Simon Garner`s name on the team sheet against us, I always feared the worst.
