Congratulations to Burnley btw, they have rightly gone up and smashed the league.

I've just got back from the game and having seen the two teams it leaves me wondering how much is Steve Gibson going to have to spend in the summer should we go up, because our loan signings and a few others where very short on quality tonight against a team who in all due respect will probably be bottom 5 in the premier league next season. I can see why Giles, Ramsey and Archer are not getting games in the premier league for there clubs unfortunately they are not good enough and championship at best. If we do go up we are going to need to invest heavily in this team.
 
Disagree with most of that.

Burnley are likely to do a Brentford and stay up very comfortably as long as they hang on to Kompany.

Archer and Ramsay will both have long Premier League careers IMO. Just because they’re not ready to play in a team challenging for Europe at 21/20, doesn’t mean they won’t be in a year or two. Just look at the improvement in Balogun this season compared to last.

I respect that and your opinion 👍

I certainly wouldn't be confident of keeping many clean sheets in the premier league with our current back 4 and keeper. Then we have Howson who will get over run in the premier league alongside a young hackney.

I also think if Ramsey and Archer where good enough they would be at there club now, regardless of age.

A hell of a lot of money will need to be spent if we do get promoted.
