Ins I'd like a new Keeper (Freddie Woodman would be my choice)
And a midfield cover for Howson or even a replacement (John Lundstram would be my choice for that one)
Center Half cover (I don't have any ideas for that one)

Outs, I think Hall will go, can't see him getting any game time and then some loans.

I cant see us getting a keeper this window as it would make no sense bringing back Sol, who was doing so well at QoS. Lundstram adds competition for Howson and Simpson as a left footer gives balance at the back. If we get those 2 I cant see how it could be a better window within the parameters of profit and sustainability and without losing Tav or Fry.

IF we manage to get Jack Simpson & John Lundstram over the line and retain Tav and Fry we've played a pure belter!!

Taylor - we were short there anyway.. missed out on targets (probably saved a bit as a result)

Siliki and Hernandez going out allows us to bring in Connolly & Balogun (realistically with a bit left over)

Boyd-Munce I think would be covered by the departure of Marcus Browne

Riley McGree £3m? the proposed sale of Uche, Extra Spence monies & Utd away will go a long way to cover this.
Jack Simpson I think another minimal fee and to cover his wages will be the key with this.. frees up Rangers to move elsewhere.
John Lundstram arrived on a free.. I would have though a free transfer might be on the cards (if we cover his wages) it hasn't worked out.

VERY astute signings that by the sounds of it have been a long time in the pipe line, Chris Wilder obviously looking at similar players and having a closer relationship obviously helps. Sounds like we've got it right this window.. hopefully that translates onto the pitch as well.
