Yes John. Teacher at St Anthony's on Cargo Fleet Lane and at one point in the 70s lived in the flats opposite IIRC.

Yes I remember one year in the 70s, teachers taking knives off kids. Absolutely mental.

I worked with Dmitri (Mcpartland) for years. Hope he doesn’t celebrate with too much drink as he can’ t drink for his life. I left in him in Sunderland once and another time we all left him in Durham as he was so drunk he missed the bus.

I didn’t know he was on until he posted it on Facebook. He’s a very well known quizzes though. He came 2nd on mastermind and beat all the egg heads by himself when on there.

He also represented UK in a UK v US quiz on Facebook and The Beast was captain and he had hand picked him. He is well known in the quiz world
