What a great result and decent performance for the fans that travelled down today and travelling back to Teesside. I know what 500 miles is like in a day, but never done over 600 miles in a day and a football match.

They got several mentions off the Cowley brother than was covering our game in the Sky Sports Studio.

Well done the team as well that should give us a Premier team in the quarters and a big pay day with TV/radio money and ticket money.

Or we could get Port Vale. I know which one I would like out of a Premier League team or Port Vale.

Got kicked out of a niteclub near 3 in the morning for falling asleep, thn fell asleep again after going to a Subway, managed to get a taxi just as it was looking like it might start kicking off about 20ft from me at 0450am with a group of mid 20 something Boro who were singing Boro songs as they were staggering around the high street and ran into another group of ***ed Guys.
My taxi driver said he had taken several Boro straight after the match to the airport, they were going to Edinburgh
I have supported us too long to not know we are a crazy bunch of fukkers who do what we want

Cracking turn out for an evening game that far away. Glad we got the right result for them.

It's nearer 700 miles by road.

I met a lot who travelled down yesterday, spending the night in Exeter going back today then either coming down Friday or Saturday and staying down for a night in Plymouth . I didn't think many people would be doing that.
Problem is now the storm will have a knock on effect over the next few days , planes and definitely trains with the section between Dawlish and Teignmouth being challenged on the sea wall sections.Travelling earlier should be considered.

Exeter - there will be a good number of Boro fans joining the M5 from Birmingham southwards and travelling back the same day i.e fans living in South Wales, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Somerset, Devon - is it 5 league games at Plymouth in the last 56 years i.e it doesn't happen very often. Thirteen years since the last one.

ps I hope your head is OK

Not sure why but for the 1st 15 minutes we had several people who were sat in front of us who got up and never returned.
I guess they went behind the goal as it seems you could go over there with no one stopping you.

I literally stayed in bed all day, just looking at the forum occasionally. I think my early and late start for work on Tuesday saved me, from feeling too bad I had a 6am start and then didn't get back in Exeter to just before 5pm.
