'It was a move that nearly happened, i initiated. I called the gaffa, coz i know him well. I saw an opportunity to go and potentially play games. It didnt happen unfortunately, but you know im still working thats the main thing.'

JB what's Warnock like to play for? He's always got a maverick in his team

'To be honest thats my guy, he's the one who's given me a lot of confidence at C.Palace aswell you know, come through and just said yeah here's the keys to the castle and just do your thing. For me ive always had a good understanding with him ever since anyway.'

I'm really not overly convinced. He's hardly been 'good' since Palace. Think it was 4-5 years ago.

I bet Everton fans are made up he's pulling in 80k a week and sat on soccer AM (probably getting appearance money). Then again no squad number so he's effectively nowt better to do.

Both. Bad injury, new manager bringing in players like Rodriguez, not his fault a club was willing to spend £25m on a fee plus similar on wages.
