Blackburn, Millwall, Sunderland, Coventry.

There’s no way we’ll play our first 11 v cov it would be madness if we were to face them the following week for no benefit

I don’t think it would tbh.. a few morons doing some territorial todds in trafalgar square maybe. The atmosphere will be electric, a north east final.. sounds pretty decent to me.

Not sure why folks would prefer we played a crap London team instead to be honest.

There’s no mackem love in, I predicted it early doors and think it would make the best match. Far too many London clubs in and around the playoffs.. would be nice to see them dispatched early doors.

Trafalgar Sq would be carnage.

There’s be fights in the services up and down the motorways there aside back.

I would think the police would close off Trafalgar Square tbh. Fights in the services and up and down the motorways.. sounds a bit ott. There’ll be a few scuffles perhaps between those who go looking for bother. Fights breakout in towns across the country Friday and Saturday nights.. no reason to not go out and enjoy a good time with your friends and family.

This would be the situation I'd be most happy with, seeing as Millwall and Blackburn are very unlikely to both make it in.
 
All just my opinions, but... Luton to finish 3rd with 84 points. Boro to finish 4th with 77.
I think Coventry beat us, and then beat Rotherham away to finish 5th on 72 points.

Sunderland have Watford at home (Mowbray vs. Wilder) and then Preston away - I think they get 4 points from those two games. 69 points.

Millwall vs Blackpool away and then Blackburn at home - two wins - 71 points.

Blackburn have totally bottled it in my opinion, haven't won in 5-6 games with Luton and Millwall still to play - I think they lose both and finish on 65 points.

West Brom have Norwich at home next (who have only won 1 in their last 8) and then Swansea (who don't do well against bigger teams) - two wins - 69 points.

Preston probably won't do it either with Sheffield and Sunderland still to play, and even if Swansea win both their games they still need 2 other teams to lose.

I think Luton beat Millwall.
I then can't see Carrick and our current squad losing to Coventry twice/three times in one week, so I think we'll win our semi-final.

Boro vs Luton final.

However, weirdly, I think if Millwall lose one of their two games, and Sunderland or West Brom finish 6th instead... I think either of those beats Luton to play us in the final.

Watford have the self appointed best manager in the world at least. For 2 more games anyway.
 
This pandering to the bird botherers is really strange to me.
They won't qualify.
If they do, they won't make Wembley.
If they do, we will beat them.
