Comedian - Billy Connolly. The man's a genius, seen him live about 5 or 6 times.

Current Boro player - Watmore

Animal - Deer. Conservative choice but seeing one makes my day. Worked on windfarms in the Highlands and they were everywhere and completely unbothered by people.

Singer - Eddi Reader. Wonderful voice.

Dish - Home made veggie shepherd's pie

Place - Corfu in the early 80s. Beautiful and unspoilt then.

Film - Brassed Off

Car - don't have a favourite. Something nippy and comfortable that doesn't break down.

Possession - Pen & paper, internet access.

Clothing - a very loud, flowery shirt in my wardrobe

Hobby - playing/writing/singing folk-cum-acoustic music
