Has anyone seen this?

Following Jude Bellingham's move, Birmingham have retired his shift number! Pretty strange thing to do for a 17 year old kid who is massively promising but hasn't achieved anything yet.

Yea 2 different threads on this during the week, very strange think to do, can only be down to the money his sale brought to the club
 
That must be the most tinpot decision from any club in my lifetime. He's played 41 games, in a team that were fighting relegation on the last day.
