Is back. Seems to be a simultaneous outbreak of this with casessin China, India, Phillipineds and Germany reported in the last 24hrs. What on earth is going on?

Is it a sub strain of this virus or is one of the side effects of Coronavirus increased susceptibility to other illness due to a weakened immune system ?

I remember seeing birds being culled as far back as January due to an outbreak in China
