Billy Sharp attacked

I’m assuming nothing was?

It was only when the additional time was added on for the Stoke game and goal, MFC deemed it wasn’t acceptable? If it was never acceptable, why wasn’t it nipped in the bud for the Wayne Rooney selfie?
I suppose technically it wasn't on the pitch. Do we know for sure nothing was done? I get the impression that actions are often taken against offenders or their parents away from the glare of publicity.

So it’s okay to jump the advertising hoardings and enter the technical areas?

That’s a bit juxtaposed from your previous post of “that would surely send out a message to many others, wouldn't it?”

Why not send out a deterrent?

In my view, by not acting. By not making at statement after that, there was always gonna be another incident.

As somebody who can ask the question directly to MFC, was something done after the Wayne Rooney selfie, maybe that would be good clarify?

The glare of publicity is precisely what is needed. Otherwise, the message is ' do what you like - there are no consequences'.
