Away shirts back on sale online tomorrow at noon

no in store sales.. no sponsorless shirts and I’m guessing you have to order online.. get it delivered to your home.. and then take it to the club shop to get a name and number printed on the back?

Tbf I haven’t bought a shirt for myself for over twenty years and the last time I brought one for my lad adidas obliged. I can understand people being upset about wanting to get their kids Boro kits and not being able to.It’s hard enough getting your kids into supporting us rather than the big boys as it is. I think I succeeded by showing him the joy of actually being at a game, especially away…. Unfortunately our club are making this harder!

All part of upholding the illusion of unprecedented demand.

When you ain't physically present to see the shirts on racks or stand in orderly queues, you got no premise to quantify whether thousands of thousands were ordered and sold or not. ;)
 
I believe the reason for online only is because after the really long wait it was felt that everyone wherever they may be should have an opportunity to buy a shirt and to avoid any queues.

Click and Collect is available instead of everyone having to pay for delivery.

Sounds suspiciously like "we know we haven't ordered enough stock AGAIN".

Because of course if they had, everyone, "wherever they may be", would still be able to get a shirt online and you'd be able to walk into the shop and get one no problem.

It shouldn't be first come first served not yet halfway through the season in the run up to Christmas.

It's so inept it's laughable 🤦
