At least we will get the hard hitting questions

‘Michael, I’m sure you’ll agree it is time to stop burying our head in the sand and address the real issues, sure we can say new players in, time to gel etc but we have what we have now, what is the strategy to turn this round quickly with the players and systems we have available currently’……
 
Why are we blindly sticking to a system that does not work? You were flexible enough to change at Man United and saw the success that brought.. why are we sticking to a shape and system meaning players are being played out of position and new young players are being thrown in at the deep end en masse.

Have you spoken to Jonathan Woodgate? Can he see any similarities between now and his time managing and as assistant to Tony Pulis? Keep calm and Carrick on does not appear to be cutting the mustard. Something needs to change. What are you going to change Michael?
