He's still only 2/1 for Liverpool even though some sources have seemingly ruled it out.

Would anyone choose West Ham over Liverpool? Or do Liverpool not fancy him?

I don't think it's a case of clubs not wanting him, I'm sure I remember reading some article that said he has actively turned down approaches in certain countries because he can't speak the language sufficiently and doesn't want to learn. So he's immediately limiting his pool of available jobs.

fair enough but he can definitely speak French, Italian and Spanish (and probably Arabic) and no one from any of those seem to want him?

Feyenoord are a couple of points better off than this time last year and they won the league. PSV are having a brilliant season, only lost 1 game
He’s got Feyenoord playing some excellent attacking football, I think he’ll do well in the premier league
