Are you starting to feel invested in football again?

I remember earlier in the season many on here were saying they felt apathetic about football in general, and even the Boro.

I'll admit I was one of those people. I think not being able to attend games was a major factor but suddenly I'm finding myself excited, can't wait now for the Cardiff game. It's amazing what a couple of decent results can do.

In general no, less "invested" actually. I haven't watched a single live match (except Boro) despite having Sky. I cannot wait for February when I can bin SKY altogether.

I watch the highlights packages but fast forward nearly everything except the actual highlights and any VAR discussions.

I do feel a it more optimistic about the Boro & that's purely down to Warnock.

Under Woodgate I was filled with apathy for Boro, and football in general. But that's turned around with Boro. As soon as the team show some fight and direction it's normal that the interest levels and anticipation of games goes back up. I don't watch any other football though, can't raise any interest in watching live premier league games or MOTD.

It’s the Warnock factor. I have always admired his promotion teams and he will keep me interested as Long as he’s in charge

I'll always follow the Boro but I must admit I only really follow the Championship, or whatever league we are in. I realised the other week that for the first time in my life I didn't know all the results when I was watching MOTD (y)

I am, as I'm exiled in Nottingham with a family and work I only got to go to a few games a season so paying a tenner legally and watching whilst chatting to a couple of mates has probably made it more enjoyable. It also pains me to say but I'm also enjoying PL thanks to all the goals.

Football just seems OK at the moment😁

I can't get interested in any football. Even boro. If I hadn't already bought my season ticket. Would I still go? Probably not

Enjoying watch Boro and other EFL games. One of the best I have watched was Bradford v Harrogate. Really enjoyed that. Boro are playing ok and nothing more atm but we are going in right direction so I'm optimistic it will get better.
Not really watched many PL games as they bore me but although I hate to say it I have enjoyed watching Leeds when I have seen them so far.

Boro only. The rest of it might as well be on Ceefax. Am I the only board member who's never seen Messi play?

As interested as ever I was, though I admit I probably look down the divisions with more interest than I look up.
The latest Big 6 money grabs have made me less inclined to follow the PL.
Lack of crowds isn't ideal, but a crowd has never been fundamental to the sport.

Much less engaged. I’m too easily distracted watching a match on tv, plus I live outside the area so don’t see anyone to talk to about games/gossip etc.

I have the buzz back about the Boro, just a shame I can't get to see the team in the flesh. Tried to watch some Champions League last night, ended up watching Sheff Wed v Brentford. My interest in the top level stuff is reducing season by season and the lack of fans is showing the spectacle for what it is (over priced and over hyped). Off to watch some FA Cup action at the weekend for a proper football fix.

Invested in football, no, perhaps even less so given recent attempted power grabs. Invested in Boro, absolutely, always have and always will be, which is why I occasionally speak from the heart rather than the head on here.

The biggest regret is not being able to travel to watch this team and support them. I reckon away trips would be back to being great again.
Would you have been there on Saturday Cardiff? I would definitely have done QPR and would probably be getting excited about going to Brentford's new ground for a top of the table clash in a couple of weeks:sneaky:
