Are you a shower or bath person?

Shower when I’m in a hurry, but I love a good relaxing bath when I have time, helps the old aching muscles and it’s a chance to stop for 20 minutes, listen to a bit of music and take things easy.
 
Bath every night with Radox muscle soak, a good book and a cold beer (non alcoholic at the moment as I'm on a diet).

A tip - have a long soak and wash yourself just before you get out means no laying in mucky water.
