not seen one for months.

theres a red camper van outside my house, its got no tax disc, but it has a parking permit, no one has been to look at it for over 5 weeks, not the owner, no one. its just sat there.

Nobody has a tax disc anymore!
If you want you can check on gov.uk to see if it actually is taxed.

They were back out yesterday was talking to one and they said they are getting back to normal soon so yes they are out there.
