Good question. No but some football grounds do have them including Fulham which is locked and secure. Others say you park at your own risk including Old Trafford and Swansea.

As an example to copy, AFC Wimbledon seem to have a lot of bike storage. It must be secure because there's loads of thefts in the area.

I asked yesterday and there are bike racks on both West and East Stand at the Riverside.
