Surely Redcar must be heading towards tier two

Did anyone see the feature on Russia on the BBC news tonight - reported Covid deaths 40k, with one staff member claiming it could be ten times higher. Brave souls to go on the main stream news and contradict their government.

A figure that high would be all over the mainstream news regardless as to which country it may have happened in.

I think the government has said that it’s going to stick with the current geographical areas when it reviews the tiers on 16 December. Therefore the decision will be about what tier Tees Valley should be within, rather than any individual council area.
Bonkers. Hartlepool having an effect on people living in Redcar and Cleveland is nuts.
