Are the euros now as tough if not tougher than the World Cup

How can it be tougher,? Every country can win the world cup, only certain teams can win the euros, so no not tougher to actually win

I’d say Anything below a semi would be a disaster ad I’d say even a final should be the real minimum aim in what is a home competition ( for England)

Yes I love the Copa America though odd format this year Colombia and Argentina.
That is strange. Just seen that it's a North group and a South group. Makes sense with covid I guess. Although with only 10 team Colombia and certainly Argentina could have hosted on their own.

I think we'd be better off finishing second in our group if we wanna get to the semis. I wouldn't put a great deal of money on us beating France/Portugal/Germany in the first knock-out stage. This is who we play if we finish top.

Finish second and we could play Sweden.

i would accept getting to the semis then pushing on to the world cup. tbh we need some defenders
Looking at the attacking talent we would feel it's a failure if we don't get tot semis.....but it depends who we play in the quarters, we could win our group and still play the reigning champs in Portugal, faves France or always tough Germans. Losing to any of those isn't a disaster...although I think we've got a 50-50 chance against any of them.
