Heartwarming - John Harris does some great stuff. Didn't know he had a grandfather from South Bank though - if I heard correctly.
I think John Harris is originally from South Bank. He's done a few Guardian pieces about it.

I've just re-watched it. He says one of his grandfathers is from South Bank. So many creative people have come out of that small town.
Happy to stand corrected. I always thought his accent was too Manc to be a proper Islander.
