Phoenix from the Ashes on Prime just wondered if it worth adding to the playlist. Seems to have a good rating but I tend to take them with a pinch of salt.

The main interview footage was shot about a year ago just after he'd started his break from cricket. Quite shocking how bad he looks and sounds on those parts. I think without the more recent segments that show him in a much better place it'd be debatable as to whether it would even have been right to release the thing.

I know who his nanny is. She was stood down for a long time during Covid and he continued to pay her full wack. Top man and a wonderful family to work for.

I watched it last night. It gives me huge hope to see someone is such a bad place to come back and now lead England. I cried a lot throughout as I literally have no family to support me apart from my wife who I am destroying everyday.

I l"oved" it. It showed that people can contain and control the dark passenger... really really gave me so much hope. Everyone should watch it and then I put on the 2019 ashes highlights, holy crap this man is one of a kind!
