Anyone had an Asda grocery shop delivered recently?

Got my first coming tomorrow, but the delivery process seems weird.

They say they don't use bags, so am I expected to use my own bags to bag everything up from the delivery crates at my doorstep?

They place the crates on your door step you take them and unload the food onto your kitchen table/units and give the crate back.

There is no need to have a bag.

All the supermarket deliveries are the same. Frozen goods are tied up in a plastic bags. Everything else is just loose. Just take the crate to you kitchen, unload and repeat.

Well everydays a learning day

I've have never used online shopping. I often wondered 'do they bag it up'. I thought it must be a pain putting it into crates then bagging afterwards.

Well I've learned something. Just need to master a time to go to the supermarket were they don't get on my way.

Ocado use bags, you pay 10p per bag but then this credited when you return them.
