Anybody know their way around a classic Lambretta engine

T.VV - are you a scooterist, or just happen to have an engine in the sink ?

I have to say that's a great way to find someone with real knowledge into tinkering with it (not me by the way) during lockdown - hope someone comes forward - don't let the engine die,
Wilf I am a scooterist yeah I have an Li 125 series 3 1963 it’s been rebuilt from original parts but the engine and carb need sorting.
I had it booked into AF Rayspeed for the first week in June (that was booking it in last August 😩 ) but that won’t happen now so need it sorting some other way. Keep on keeping on👍

Are you in contact with any of the CooperCrew ( not knowing your actual location)

I've got a 1978 GP200 but I'm not that clever with specialised maintenance - mine went into AF last autumn to get crank etc replaced - but we bought parts there and fitted back home.

Nice machine you've got there mate!
