I've got Sky basic package (which includes Netflix in the price anyway), Disney & Prime. (Though Prime comes as part of the whole Amazon Prime £79 pa package so I don't count that ).Yeah been tempted by Paramount, few new things on there look decent (especially keen on Yellowstone.
First series might be five's catch up service (at least it was).
Difficult to justify ANOTHER streaming service though alongside Netflix, Prime and Now (only recently having got rid of Apple).
At one point I would have predicted the film/tv market to take the approach of spotify (everything in one place) but it's clear that's never happening.
How did this chap mange to get all the lasses and that
So is Paramount + isn't it. Sure I get it as part of my Sky package.Yellowstone on Paramount+ looks good. £6.99 pm subscription needed though. (Unless you can watch it all in the 2 week free trial period).
I was thinking of ditching Netflix for it until I remembered that Netflix is 'free' as part of my Sky package
I'm pretty sure you have to subscribe extra for Paramount+. Although I suppose some sky packages might include it but I haven't seen them.So is Paramount + isn't it. Sure I get it as part of my Sky package.
Will check when I get home next week. Never watched it programs pop up on the menu pageI'm pretty sure you have to subscribe extra for Paramount+. Although I suppose some sky packages might include it but I haven't seen them.

Ah, nice one. I don't have the movies.Paramount+ is free to Sky customers who have the movies subscription
I think that approach is what's happened, Netflix was a lot better in USA than it was here hence so many people were using VPN's to watch the better contentYeah been tempted by Paramount, few new things on there look decent (especially keen on Yellowstone.

Yeah it's nuts isn't it when you add it all up. I really wish I wasn't into sports as you could probably justify different streaming platforms if you ignored Sky Sports, BT etc.I think that approach is what's happened, Netflix was a lot better in USA than it was here hence so many people were using VPN's to watch the better content
However many large companies not content to license things to Netflix and see their revenues dip while Netflix rocketed so launched their own versions
Same thing happened with Spotify really - Apple Music, deezer, tidal, google music, Amazon music etc all have their own selling points
The idea of the streaming services is great but the costs add up. We had 4k Netflix, paramount, Disney and sub'd to two channel via prime and it was £34 a month for them so we cancelled them last month as we download nearly everything now. Only kept prime itself as it's included with their service
Prime video probably has the worst UI but they've got a good system going where you can subscribe to other channels and content appears in their app, surprised some of the others don't try and take a similar approach
That’s my next watch esp as Dean from supernatural has just joined ( Jensen Ackles)I've been binging The Boys on Amazon Prime after constantly putting it off as I'm not a big fan of Marvel etc.
Absolutely love it.
