I have a factory fitted stereo in my Outlander which is absolutely ar.se

I want to swap it out for an android auto stereo but I would like to make sure I keep the DAB aerial, steering wheel controls, reversing camera etc. I know Connects2 do what is needed but has anybody gotmuch experience fitted an aftermarket stereo and keeping the factory control and cameras?

What would be a good stereo? I was recommended a Road angel for £300 but I was also advised on Panasonic.
Any suggestions?

As long as the radio supports the appropriate canbus for your model year then you should have the steering wheel controls.
I have installed a Linux based Atoto unit on my Citroen Dispatch and although it is a fairly basic unit, it does have the option to use the steering wheel controls (I haven't tried to configure it yet as the unit has physical buttons which are easy to use).
Might be worth looking on some Outlander forums.
