I know there are some amazing photographers on FMTTM (hi littlejimmy!). Seeing as we can now post images easily, let's share some of our work. No theme necessary, just pics you took and are pleased with.

I'll start us off on a low base (I only use my phone and Instagram filters to edit) with a quick one I took on Banff Main Street, Canada last December.sailawayfromsafeharbour_77100940_606849486807735_4412216980801634922_n.jpg

Not a brilliant photograph technically, just a phone pic, no filters. Taken whilst filming sunrise on Mount Nemrut. My presenter and assistant producer sharing a blanket to keep warm ... we'd been up there since 3 a.m. and it was a tad chilly to be sitting around. I like it a lot though.

This is such a powerful shot.
Thank you!
Budapest is a photographer's dream and if you havent been then I would suggest to anyone that they should visit. The people are very friendly the food & beer is great, its steeped in history and bares the scars of century's of confilct.

Here is another shot I am very proud of.....Its the Orion Nebula and it was takem using a 200mm lens on a DSLR. Considering that it is around 1300 light years away from us it's not a bad shot ;)

****, this is beautiful!!

This is the iconic "Bean" Cloudgate sculpture in Chicago's Millennium Park. It's usually rammed with tourists, so I went out for a 5:30 a.m run one weekend last autumn and grabbed this on my phone as I paused for breathe next to it!

Some lovely pictures on this thread already, but that one in Budapest is a bit special. I spent a week there working and can only endorse what was said about the city, it is a must visit in my books.
When we played Stuea we had a walk around the city and that has some hidden gems in it where religious and cultural sites had been revealed after being hidden behind concrete edifices during the day's of communism.

We're off to Canada this year, Winnipeg, staying with family for 3 weeks, so looking forward to some of the trips organised, Rocky Mountains for one
