alex scott presenting QoS

Took me a couple of years to realise Sue Baker was a former tennis player, thought she was just a really good quiz host to be honest.

I don't mind Alex Scott, I know more about her than any other sportswomen, I'd have gone for Laura Woods though, she knows her sport and has good crack.
 
I don't mind any of the female presenters/reporters apart from Sue Smith, I find her extremely irritating, she can't help having a Scouse accent but it's the way she talks out of one side of her mouth. As for QOS, I haven't watched it for years but enjoy a bit Tuffers on TMS.
 
I enjoyed QOS up to when Dettori and McCoist were captains.

Since then I've barely watched it.

Whenever I have, I have turned it off before it's finished.

It definitely needed a shake up.
 
I'm impressed. She's pretty easy on the eye and not one comment related to that (until just now).

On the old board someone would definitely have commented on how they'd like to SHBDI by now!

I very rarely watch it so doesn't affect me, but find Sue Barker a bit annoying to be honest, so an upgrade IMO. Although I am easily annoyed.

With the age of most on here they would probably SHBDI Sue Barker (don't even know what that means but guessing)
 
Now I watched it when the likes of Henry Cooper and Cliff Morgan were on, and I just about tolerated Emlyn Hughes, but I gave up on it a while back. 😐

That takes me back. You're dead right festa5, it would have come up straight away on the old board. Seems like times have moved on, even for FMTTM.
 
Must admit I liked Sue Barker as the host and Tuffers is a good laugh. Matt can be irritating but the 3 did link well together.

Scotty will be a laugh too I think, she is the only female soccer pundit worth listening too. I think she’ll do a good job. I am just relieved they never went for Jacqui Oatley, Kelly Cates, or god forbid, Clare Balding.

Gabby Logan would have been ok too. The choice of Captains will make or break the revamped show. They may not even plump for sports people as skippers and go all ‘league of their own’ on us
 
AS is very good.. its not if they are woman or not, even ex player or not - indeed I'd like to see less players & more managers & experienced coaches... with analysis more aimed at team play, both good & bad..

I really liked Sam Quek doing the NFL.. now & again.. the 3 lads are spot on..

Loads of terrible male pundits...
