He stunk Sheff Wed out this season, in and out the side never really reaching the highs of previous seasons. It wasn't just a case of being left out

Personally, I think he's a fairly bog standard championship player, not particularly fast or skillful, decent cross, scores 3 or 4 worldies a season. I wouldn't pay more than 1.5mill, would Sheff Wed sell for that maybe with the problems they face. Anymore than that, I would walk away. He's better than what we got, but I would think there is better than him out there

We sold him for 5mil. Everyone thought it was a tremendous fee for him.

We've spent it 5 times over on dross. He would be an improvement on what we have. Didn't have the best of seasons though.

mite a tough ask on Reach — a couple of seasons ago I’d would have said yes to bringing him back but I think he’s beyond his prime and possibly done as an impact player. Mind you he’s still at a good age and if NW can persuade him to take a pay cut then it might make sense. Right now though we need a replacement for Clayton.
