Even at 61 years old it doesn't leave you, the feeling when the ball hits the back of the net, when you see the players on the pitch give everything, Sol Bamba how he lasted the final 20 minutes, Watmore whose had more than one career threatening injuries just runs & runs & never gives up & what a finish, Bola had an excellent game
Uche, when he comes on after been dropped for no reason shows a fantastic attitude, the team battled tonight, unlike QPR, Sheff Utd tride to play around us, through us, but we defended really well & when they got through Lumley showed composure
Really chuffed for NW & that is not a dig at anyone on here, Warnock must have put himself under pressure with the results this season & probably thought he was on thin ice, well gong by tonight's performance, the players put a shift in for him

But I'll finish though the players put a shift in tonight Sol Bamba was head & shoulders the best tonight, he'll be goosed tomorrow, NW should carry him home tonight & tuck him in with a hot chocolate, MOTM for me

Keep the results like that and he will win me back over. Also stop throwing players under the bus and I will be even more happy.

Great result tonight. Buzzing

I am delighted for the club, the fans and for Warnock.
So many good performances tonight and no bad ones.
I really like Sporar, he is a class act.
Watmore looks like he can play with him.

We looked so much more solid - enormous credit to Sol Bamba, whose presence enabled Fry to look much better again.
Bola was excellent too. Howson and McNair worked their nuts off.
Lumley, Crooks, Peltier, to a man did really well and Tav grew in stature as the match progressed.

A win at Hull, beat Posh and we can be so much more upbeat.

I really enjoyed that tonight, we thoroughly deserved to win.

Good post 👍

I thought big uche did great when he came in , he was only on 5 min and I’m sure he won two corners and a free kick, and who’d of thought playing last seasons top scorer might make the difference 😉
Watmore has to start as much as possible.
I have a feeling Sporar and Watmore will be ahead of him now in the pecking order, but he's a great option to have coming off the bench, as he can help kill the game. He did that tonight the amount of corners and free-kicks he won us.

Pleased they won but just wondering if you lose the feeling at 56 is it likely it’ll come back by the time I’m 61?

Bake off was good, so I had a decent night too 🙂

Good win tonight and we needed it. Two cracking goals but am I the only one worried about the possession they had and the number of crosses none of their forwards got on the end of. For ateam who are on a good run their attack was poor.

Still take the three points and move on.

I'm not saying we dominated the game asred & yes, I agree with you that on another day we could have been punished & probably will be
No my post was regarding Saturdays performance v Reading, the players that walked off the pitch, Lumley apart, should be ashamed of themselves, they gave not one ounce of sweat to the travelling fan

I did say we, as fans, don't expect to win games, but what we do expect, is for the players show they care for the club, the shirt, the fans, tonight they did just that in abundance

I can stomach losing if they show passion & fight like tonight (last night)

His sub appearance is exactly what you want from someone coming on late in the game, I think we became over familiarised with lazy cameos from the likes of Akpom, Fletcher etc that we forgot what effort looked like!

Baffling how we can go from our worst performance of the season on Saturday to arguably our best last night.

Same as you Erimus, buzzing with not just the win but the performance too.

The team looked so much better balanced bar Tav who looked like a fish out of water in the first half playing right wing back
