Erimus, an outstanding player in anyone's book. He had it all skill, passion the lot. When he was here he had the reputation, because of his looks etc, of being a bit of a playboy. I know someone who was involved at the club at the time, and he told me that no-one trained harder.

He signed here when he was 19 so still a teenager. I reckon 18 or younger.

my all round fav player... he was a breath of fresh air when he came - tell right away he had great balance, had a real presence and passing, tackling better than we ever had.... . signing someone from a big london club was unknown for Boro back then , it was Shep who brokered the deal due to his England connections. Loved every game he played in, we knew even when he had been here a few months we would be lucky to hold on to him , 6 years later and he was gone - 172 games 22 goals....

His coat looks older than him
