I have no idea. If there has, investigate. If not don't bother. Opinion has very little to do with law. It would be nice if law and justice were the same thing but sometimes they are not. What I will say is that in the uk our system is as close to justice as any where in the world.

Lots of hand wringing and some very unsavoury comments on this thread. We have a legal system to remove emotion from justice.
 
Good article here, looking at the possible crimes and concluding it’s going to be tricky to get a conviction.

Watched the BBC news this morning they had an ex aid to Netanyahu on, what an evil piece of skin he was and not once did the interviewer question him about his rant or try to give a balanced view.He claimed only 20,000 have been killed in Gaza as the other 30,000 weren’t people they were Hamas. He opened with “Wasn’t Glastonbury great” she allowed him to spread bile and quite frankly the interview should have been shut down the moment he started ranting .

Giving a voice to the silenced, or dead, or indiscriminately targeted, or starved, or oppressed

and yet whilst all we talk about is what Bob Vylan is saying, the UN (who have labelled this a Genocide btw) reports that around 600 deaths a week take place in Gaza

AND STILL WE DO NOTHING BUT HELP ISRAEL WIPE PEOPLE FROM THIS PLANET BECAUSE IT`S THEIR RIGHT BY F***ing GOD

People keep ignoring the fact that this is a Genocide
 
So lets have a bit of context over the last couple of days then

700 people reportedly killed in 1 day trying to access food in Gaza, killed by the IDF

and yet

outrage over words that speak out about what is going on in Gaza, calling for the end to the agents of terror, the IDF

Palestinian Action proscribed as a Terrorist Organisation, wait for it, for spraying up an aircraft with red paint and calling out what is going on not just in Gaza but also in the West Bank

29 People arrested under Terrorism Legislation for showing support for the Terrorist Group Palestinian Action


Something wrong going on not just in Gaza but what we, the cozy little westerners are being told by our Government and institutions like the BBC.

Beggars belief it really does, that what really matters isn`t the killing of people literally starving to death, but the words of a musician and a group of people trying to make you open your eyes to genocide in Gaza

Yes, but the thread is about police investigating a band potentially breaking the law and my response was specifically about the topic of the the thread
