Enjoy the exercise. I will be walking up and down my set of 20 steps from our terrace to the communal garden many times today. I wonder who will do more steps.

It reminds me of a now dead work colleague of mine, Miles Hoare. When he got married he took his wife's surname and became Miles Whitehead. As he did not want her to be called Mrs Hoare.

9.857 steps on my walk, though I knocked 10 minutes off my time, bit of a power walk, though TBH nothing to get home earlier for :(

It does seem to have changed working habits. I worked on the bank holiday so have much fewer hours to do this week. The missus is off today and working Sunday.

Yes I'm sure it'll become more clear. No point worrying about it though. The sun is shining, I'm alive and healthy. What more could I want.
