4 Home matches refund

There's been very little to shout about for many years... The club has been an absolute shambles on and off the pitch for years and it's Saint Steve who's responsible.
You've just proved my point....
Just ask a Newcastle or Sunderland fan what they think about about Steve Gibson..

The Karanka season where we were promoted aside how many of those have happened in the last decade?

For goodness sake we've hopefully just barely escaped relegation to L1 and yet Saint Steve's reputation lives on based on things that happened how many years ago?!

Our last promotion to the Premier League was 4 years ago
Leeds have been in the Championship for SIXTEEN years

Yes and their club has been a shambles on and off the pitch for many years. You’re making out like Gibbo is amazing and infallible but the opposite is true.

Fair enough Primus, just saying most people focus on the negative on here.

Not true, many of the folk I suspect you mean are positive and give credit where it is due, perhaps its just those who do not like it when people criticise, gloss over the positive comments.

Your 47 posts follow a similar 'theme' Primus slagging off either the club or this board. Pretty obvious what you are....

I applied but also haven't received the credit into my bank yet.

I have received refunds for 19 concerts / stage shows / hotels from many different companies, but nothing from the Boro which is the only one outstanding.

Only just got my refund from Emirates the other day for flight to Sri Lanka on March 15th.

You should have had an email from the club in it there were details of the MatchdayLive voucher code and what was happening with refunds/credits for the games played behind closed doors.

They haven't announced what they're doing for people who have renewed for next season yet as it's likely some games will be behind closed doors.
Cheers!

Were there other options? My quins setons ticket gave me three options: 1: to have the cash as a credit to spend in the ground, 2: to have refund, 3 to let the club keep the cash.

Given they have all had to take massive payouts. and the club is struggling, I think I'll just let them keep the cash. Hopefully most people will say this.
Why would anyone let the club keep the money???

The Club didn’t give an option of you letting the Club keep the money, however, as I have been furloughed since March on 80% wage and with no return to work date yet and my future unsure, I’m unable to just give away such sums of money at this time!

Plenty of fans around the country
Why would anyone let the club keep the money???
Quite a few fans round the country have wanted their clubs to keep the money - obviously you have to be able to afford to do this. There are Boro supporters that buy season cards every season as a way to pay money into the club and also allow the seat to be donated to local good causes every game. The Norwegian Boro fans donate large sums of money annually for seats to be set aside for people from Teesside that could not otherwise afford them. The same applies to a couple of Teesside based charities.

Letting MFC keep the cash wasn't one of your options. It either sits in your ticketing account as a credit to be applied against future season cards or other tickets or you apply for a refund. They only gave 2 options and now as predicted they're struggling to keep up as everyone has to email them or ring in order to get their refund/use the credit against a new season ticket rather than using an online system as they should have done.

But no no no Rob the apologist will be along shortly to explain how we're all wrong and the club is right.
Have you tried communicating with Sky - impossible unless you're over 70 And/or vulnerable
Answer machine. Bluddy joke! A big organisation like that and their staff can't answer phone (according to g/friend).
Why?!?
They're a bigger crew than Boro!

What a load of rubbish. They have a call centre and are easy to get in touch with or you can do it all online!

Better tell her that! Have you rang Sky lately? Btw her broadband is cr@p which she wants sorting but that stops her doing stuff online. Can't even email them (she says). Do you work for Sky?

No I don’t work for Sky. I’ve both placed a change to my account online and spoken on the phone recently.

Sky do online chat and over the phone points of contact.
