Anyone think this could be a way to go now with Friend and Shotton back? Well it’s worth trying in my view anyway as I wanted wing backs yesterday but it was F***ing terrible. I think Coulson is a left winger would be good to have him as high up the pitch as possible, with insurance of a left back behind him.

I’ve brought Clayton in as I believe he works well in that formation, and him and Saville could bring a solid base for the front 4 to stay high up the pitch and cause Havoc, and I think Ravel needs to be the 10. McNair needs dropping he has been rank rotten since his return to midfield and Wing could do with a rest cos if he’s not scoring he contributes nothing of note.

I know we won’t see this team, but out of what we have got from I think it’s worth a shot.

I wouldn't be against that but I'd prefer us to go back to what was working previously.

You could even put George into that back 3 as Spence And coulson could do his running.

Only issue with that yesterday was that I felt Friend was getting in Coulsons' way at times.

He was wanting to bomb forward and overlap, when really I'd prefer him to be more disciplined and allow Coulson to do the running.
