3rd Test India v England

First viewing it looked like it raised and didn't quite get grounded in time. Freeze frame showed nothing.

The 3rd umpire should be looking at both sides of the wicket and the stump cam, even magnifying it if need be. Nothing, one angle with his foot in the air to confirm not out in 20 seconds.

Rohit has played well this series but we need to get him out 3 times before he goes 😒

The commentary is rubbish. No mention of his foot being lifted when it was so clear on the replay.
England having to beat the third umpire and the Indians again.

I'd say we are still in the game - just.

We might keep them to a lead of 100.

It's situations like this where KP was what was needed for the second innings. Someone mercurial, with an attacking brief and the talent to make any surface look different to the one everyone else was batting on, who might just be able to give us a total to bowl at last on this wicket, where actually 130 might not be a formality. Let's hope Bairstow or Stokes can loosen the shackles a little while the others dig in and rotate the strike.

This test match is over because our batting couldn't apply themselves to spin.

Looks like NZ v India at Lord’s in June. Playing borh Broad and Anderson will turn out to be an error with a pitch prepared for spinners

In isolation our bowlers bowled really well to get India 99/3 and they had a fair bit of luck to get there.

Playing an extra seamer wasn't the reason our batting collapsed.
No true but it may be a reason we lose this test match if we can’t bowl India out cheap enough to give is a semblance of a chance. This pitch needed spin

England in big trouble. If the Indians can't protect their wickets against our one spinner, how are we going to do it against their three?
Leach is bowling superbly.
So is Root 1 ball 1 wicket . Come on England!

3 wickets in 3 runs has put us back in it. Ash win looks aggressive. If they get a 50 or 60 lead it will be difficult.
