27 years ago, seems just like yesterday

Yeah i remember going down to the little hut quite often and looking at the computer images etc and watching the build.
As a 15 year old i was quite relieved when i saw the red seats going in as the computer images always showed blue for some reason.
 
Erimus, a couple of us travelled from North Tees one lunchtime to visit the site, we got back to site slightly later than anticipated but as it was a training day ,we got away with it.
 
During construction of the Riverside I could walk from my place of work at North Tess, standing on an embankment, looking across the river, enjoying a great sight
