I saw the Peterborough prices on twitter last night. Outrageous prices. £22 for under 18's is daylight robbery plain and simple. Most of you know I live just outside Peterborough.
They announced extortionate prices for the Man City Cup game and backtracked within hours thanks to a backlash. New details not yet announced but it was originally £32 or £42 for non season ticket holders. £22 for under 18s. It’s usually £20 to stand £27 to sit.
The stupid thing is it’s one person per ticket. So my mate can’t buy two tickets on general sale and take his 11 yr old lad.
And this on the back of a result on Weds night that all but condemned them to relegation. Stupidity at its best.
You can understand P'Boro seeing a cash cow and grabbing the milking stool (within reason). There is no excuse for Man Utd.
