We haven't exactly got a good record of recruiting from Rangers recently. Boyd and Thomson were absolutely dreadful, both overweight and in poor condition, Morelos would follow this pattern. The quality of the SPL is dismal, he wouldn't be good enough for the championship imo.

Mowbray, Stephens, Baird, Wilkinson were the best i've seen, not many spring to mind from the modern day.

Kevin Thomson was absolutely shocking, and then had the cheek to slag the fans off when he had returned north to the pub league. Hated watching him half heartedly pass the ball backwards and then be no where to be seen when he needed to put his foot in. Dreadful.

Frazer Richardson is one i would rather forget, although i think he played more as a RB, AK binned him off pretty quickly when he took over.

Phil Whelan, i think we paid a decent fee as well, absolute donkey, slow, poor on the ball and not particularly great in the air for someone 6'4. Jason Gavin was also useless, never looked like he could make it, took Robbo a few goes to realise that too.

He was good fun to watch and pretty sure he was a left back.

Antonio Barragan, never did a player epitomise our pathetic display that season more than him. Woeful !

Never liked Billy Sharp, good player but has a very distinct whiff of small man syndrome. Came across absolutely classless there, hope their cup run destabilizes their league campaign.
