My impression of the Giles saga was that we agreed a deal with him verbally, thought it was a done deal, then Luton offered him more money and he tried to renegotiate with us. We thought he he was breaking his word and walked away. He was ***ed with us as he still wanted to sign for us but...

Like most championship level players he has flaws, unfortunately the way he is being played for us mostly exposes those flaws rather than minimises them, and that is more an issue for recruitment and management than the player. When he plays against a team that suits his game he shows his quality.

I changed my diet over a year ago, no alcohol, lots of smoothies and water ( non filtered mainly) still eat too much sugar though, mainly cakes and biscuits lol. Didn't actually notice much difference for first three months then suddenly realised I was sleeping much better and losing weight...

Steffen Giles Archer and Ramsey were in the team and Mowatt was needed as midfield cover. There wasn't room in the squad for Muniz most of the second half of season. As a club we got it wrong by having too many loans. We couldn't drop Crooks for Muniz as crooks wasn't a loan player.

I think when we got Archer they would have sent munuz back but he was injured over the window so they couldn't arrange another loan. Then when he got fit we had six loanees and couldn't put then all in the march day squad. Steffen, Giles, Archer, Ramsey, Mowatt, Muniz.
