I think it's too small to compete really, Boro already has the little theatre, Stockton has the arc, the globe, it's require spending on it to compete with other established venues and probably be open less nights with less capacity and less hours so wouldn't make as much. As a venue for club...

Possible change of travel plans for tomorrow. Wondering what I can do?

Make sure to look into any compo for the flight delay. You can claim yourself but loads of firms that will do everything for you including f challenging airlines responding to say no case to answer. It's per person too.

    Spotify is brilliant

I don't really agree. I hate Bandcamp personally. A lot of artists I buy release exclusively on there and an album will be £22.99 for example but then it adds on shipping of £15 for a UK artist, and then I hit checkout and it bangs on tax. Often for preorder that then takes 3-6 months to come...

What was your favourite arcade machine

No, we did a similar one in Liverpool though. Was £15 in and while they had some original machines, many were emulators and buttons or sticks weren't working properly so it was a bit gash

What was your favourite arcade machine

Gauntlet was a great game. I remember the stress of having death chase you, or catching "it" which meant all enemies flooded towards you - think that was in gauntlet 2

    Vasectomy

You basically need something to support you and not have dressings flailing around. You won't have it so tight it's constricting you, just providing support. I just used some of my running compression shorts as they were breathable and held everything where it needed to be

If triple lock on pensions applied what is knock on effect for future retirement age?

I think police do, generally at 60. Lot of these will be on old final salary pensions mind so as these gradually phased out people may work longer Lot of manual workers may also be self employed so may have no private pension

    Vasectomy

It was definitely painful for me, only briefly but I remember it being both painful and a disgusting feeling, hard to describe really. Suffice to say I'd rather have had a general anaesthetic than go through that again.it was like a very focussed kick in the balls without the impact. And then...

That's not really a conspiracy, it's just bad planning.

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

For context there are 31 million working fine if 4 million aren't, so over 80% are fine and 20% are working no differently to a standard meter. The horror. The ones that aren't working can either be remote upgraded via firmware or swapped out. A few won't be able to communicate because of...

My tariff already has surge pricing, it's saving me a fortune.

If it's a scam, not sure how it works. I saved £850 last year, and on Saturday I charged my EV for 30p for 200 miles. I certainly don't feel scammed. Meanwhile the price cap currently about 29p. Any smart meter not "working" still works no different to a trad meter, not really any downsides.

🐙Cut your energy bills nearly in half with Octopus Tracker

If you aren't communicating they will average the daily rate over the month so you benefit but not as good as wont see accrued usage etc

Yeah but they will get upgrade your smets1 meter first , failing that they'll fit a smets2. Most old smets1 meters have been remotely upgraded but speak to octopus. They don't take long to switch you out

I can see where you're coming from but that move he does there is absolutely never acceptable especially on a concrete / tarmac surface. I've seen way too many fight videos where people have that done to them in a scrap and end with a feeding tube due to the potential for brain/neck/spinal injuries.
