If we have any kind of ambition for promotion we need to be building the team around players like him and not selling on. There is plenty of dead wood in the squad that needs and will be moved on. The last thing we need is another slow start while we "wait for the team to gel".

I'd keep Paddy and move Fry on, he should have gone a few seasons ago. But, I'd expect a few bids for VDB in the summer.
