How about shorten matches to 60 mins. Stop the clock when the ball is dead. Gets rid of loads of time wasting instantly. Remove ‘injured’ players immediately when they go down. Stops play acting as their team goes down a player. Oh and multi-ball when the captain plays their joker card!
